Hi all,

Haven't been here in a while. I am once again trying to teach myself to heal. A friend recommended "It's called a breakup, because it's broken" by Greg Beherenger his wife.
It has some valid points.......and phrases in a light funny way.

My regards to all, and greetings as well....

Here's the place where we can show a list of helpful books. I will be putting up a link to amazon.com so you can order the book right on line. I highly recommend getting into their used book area, you can save a lot of bucks on fairly used books. Any ideas would be helpful here

I ordered the following books today. I went to order one, recommended by someone else, I am sorry, I forgot who, but will report on these as I read them.

Krzgirl,

I "googled" the book, and I have to admit...I'm scared of it.

This is selfish and narrowminded of me, and I hope I don't offend you or anyone in this. But I must admit to myself and everyone who needs to know, that my interests are not in saving a marriage where one of the partners is the man I love. My only reason for reading such a book would be to gain a better understanding of him and his perspective from within his marriage. Why would I want this? ...

OBSESSIVE LOVE: WHEN IT HURTS TOO MUCH TO LET GO. It is written by Dr. Susan Forward

I would like to post this book that was recommended by ToledoRio.

This book provided me insight into things I was doing, the reasons why and it helped me identify some things I need to fix about myself. It also helped me see some of the same types of things about my MM and gave me an understanding as to why this relationship is so unhealthy, not just for the emotional turmoil but also for underlying ...
