I would like to post this book that was recommended by ToledoRio.

This book provided me insight into things I was doing, the reasons why and it helped me identify some things I need to fix about myself. It also helped me see some of the same types of things about my MM and gave me an understanding as to why this relationship is so unhealthy, not just for the emotional turmoil but also for underlying things I wasn't seeing before.

I can't thank Toledo enough for the recommendation.
